Van Wagoner as Parsons continues to expand its corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity practices. Parsons corporate practice is currently one of the largest in the region with attorneys who possess experience at national law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. Ott and Van Wagoner rejoin Parsons’ Salt Lake City office after practicing at Kirkland & Ellis. Arkoosh joins Parsons’ Boise corporate attorneys after practicing as a partner at Evans Keane LLP.

Ott has advised and closed deals for a broad range of public and private companies and financial sponsors in the United States and abroad in a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, crypto, pharmaceuticals, retail, gaming, transportation, telecommunications and industrials. His experience includes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and other private equity transactions, capital markets transactions, including spinoffs and other forms of securities offerings, and general corporate governance and securities law matters.

Van Wagoner routinely advises business organizations along with equity owners in acquisitions, sales, financings, business formation and planning, restructurings, key commercial business agreements and other related outside counsel matters. His practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors and public and private company clients in complex business transactions including, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, restructuring events and related general corporate counseling. 

Arkoosh is an experienced advisor and advocate for business, finance and real estate clients. His practice focuses on complex transactional and business counseling in business governance, corporate finance, securities, business contracts, employment law and pre-litigation dispute resolution. Arkoosh is deeply experienced in assisting companies in all aspects of growth from financing, to counseling organizations, to building effective governance. Prior to joining Parsons, Arkoosh practiced as a partner at Evans Keane LLP and as a sole practitioner at the Law Offices of David Arkoosh for nine years.
