Biography

Cory D. Sinclair is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s Litigation practice group, where he specializes in antitrust, complex commercial litigation, class action defense, and all damage-related issues. He earned a Ph.D. in economics, specializing in antitrust, industrial organization, and sports economics. His training and background in economics provides him with unique skills and perspective in litigation and risk. He commonly consults clients on litigation risk and potential exposure, as well as evaluating and critiquing expert opinions on all damage-related issues.

Mr. Sinclair has significant experience representing clients in a wide variety of antitrust cases involving monopolization, exclusive dealing, health care antitrust, distribution networks, and resale price maintenance. He also commonly represents clients in complex commercial cases, including class action defense, contractual disputes, claims of tortious interference, and consumer and employment class actions.

Mr. Sinclair is currently an adjunct faculty member at the University of Utah, where he teaches antitrust at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He is an active member of community, including serving on local non-profit boards.

Mr. Sinclair currently also serves as the president of the firm, having previously served as the firm’s general counsel and chief operating officer.
