David Bennion is a shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer and works in the firm's Litigation practice group. He has extensive experience in the areas of complex business litigation, intellectual property litigation, real property litigation, construction litigation, and antitrust litigation.

Mr. Bennion has litigated cases involving claims of patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, technology licensing disputes, and unfair competition. He has also litigated price fixing, predatory pricing, and monopolization cases, as well as challenges to mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Bennion has handled a wide range of real estate litigation issues, including title and escrow disputes, breach of real estate contracts, mechanic's liens, foreclosures, boundary disputes, and landlord/tenant disputes. He has also served as lead counsel in numerous construction litigation cases, shareholder disputes, and personal injury cases. Mr. Bennion has been lead counsel in numerous bench and jury trials and has argued cases before the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court, and 9th and 10th Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Mr. Bennion has been recognized repeatedly in Mountain States Super Lawyers and in Utah Business magazine as one of Utah's Legal Elite in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation. He has an AV® Peer Rating, which is the highest rating awarded to attorneys for professional competence and ethics awarded by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Bennion has served a member of the firm's board of directors. He has also served as a member of the board of directors for the Utah Chapter of the American Heart Association. He has served as a commissioner on the Emigration Canyon Township Planning Commission.
