Bob Reeder has been counsel to large mining and manufacturing concerns in regulatory contractual and legislative matters involving energy. His practice has centered on economic regulation including pricing, market entry, and competition in regulated and in open markets both in the United States and internationally. 

Biography

Bob Reeder is a retired shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer. He has been special counsel to a number of the West's largest mining and manufacturing concerns in regulatory proceedings, contract negotiations, and legislative matters involving energy. His practice centered on economic regulation, including pricing, market entry, and competition in both regulated and unregulated markets.

He has appeared for industrial consumers before the state regulatory agencies and legislature in Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, and Idaho, and before federal regulatory agencies. Internationally, he has represented clients in transactions acquiring energy and developing infrastructure for delivery of energy in the deregulated energy markets of Chile, Peru, Argentina, Venezuela, and East Africa. He is also actively engaged in the local community in a variety of ways unrelated to his legal practice.
