On Dec. 24, 2024, our colleague, mentor and friend Bob Delahunty unexpectedly passed away. Bob was a leader in Parsons' corporate practice and represented many of the firm’s major clients in important transactions throughout the West. He had a keen intellect, was an accomplished deal maker and loved being a lawyer. Bob served on Parsons’ Board of Directors for many years and was an advocate for civility and collegiality - at the firm and in the legal community. Bob’s influence made Parsons a better place and, for those who were fortunate enough to work with him, he made us better lawyers and colleagues. We will miss our friend and partner.
