Damon Georgelas is a member of the Litigation department where his focus is primarily in complex commercial litigation including securities, antitrust, corporate contracts and corporate governance. Before joining Parsons Mr. Georgelas was a litigation associate with Berman, Tomsic & Savage.
Mr. Georgelas has B.S. degree in economics from the University of Utah and is a 2001 graduate of Vermont Law School. In 2002, Mr. Georgelas received an LL.M in securities and financial regulation from Georgetown University Law Center. While obtaining his LL.M, Mr. Georgelas interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Enforcement. In addition, Mr. Georgelas has experience in commercial real estate transactions and development.
