Our attorneys assist E&P companies in all aspects of oil and gas development, including examination of title to federal, state, fee and tribal lands; preparation of drilling, division order and financing title opinions; asset purchases and divestitures; mergers, acquisitions, financing and reorganization; joint operating agreements and operational issues; representation before regulatory commissions; and plugging and abandonment issues.
