Andrew V. Wake is a member of the Litigation, Trials & Appeals practice group at Parsons Behle & Latimer and concentrates his practice on appeals, employment & labor, health law, and intellectual property litigation.

A Boise native, Mr. Wake earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy at Boise State University, graduating magna cum laude, and went on to earn master’s and doctorate degrees in philosophy from the University of Rochester. In 2014, he received his J.D. with highest honors from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. While attending law school, he served as a legal intern with the University of Utah, Office of General Counsel; as a summer associate with Parsons Behle & Latimer; and as a judicial intern for the Honorable David Nuffer, U.S. District Court, District of Utah.

Following law school, Mr. Wake worked as judicial clerk to the Honorable Jim Jones of the Idaho Supreme Court. He was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2014.
