Craig Terry is a shareholder of Parsons Behle & Latimer. He concentrates his practice on transactions involving real estate, with extensive experience in representing clients in acquiring, developing, financing, leasing, and selling residential and commercial developments. Mr. Terry has represented clients in obtaining governmental permits, approvals, and entitlements for real estate developments. Mr. Terry's practice includes preparing declarations of condominium and declarations of covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements for subdivisions, condominium developments, and common interest communities.

Mr. Terry has represented both borrowers and lenders in commercial loan documentation and workouts. He also has extensive experience in resolving title problems. Mr. Terry's practice often involves negotiating and issuing opinion letters with respect to commercial transactions.

Mr. Terry's experience includes representing the initial developers of the Salt Lake International Center located west of the Salt Lake International Airport, the Triad Center in Salt Lake City, and projects in Park City that include the Silver Star at Park City Development, the 820 Park Avenue Development and the King’s Crown at Park City Development.  Mr. Terry has represented D.R. Horton, Inc. in its residential development projects in Utah for more than 20 years.
