Tori Osler is a member of the Litigation, Trials & Appeals and Real Estate practice groups at Parsons Behle & Latimer. She maintains a general practice with a focus on commercial litigation, contract disputes, construction, securities litigation, real property disputes and commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Ms. Osler practiced for more than four years at Lukins & Annis, P.S. in Spokane, Wash. where she primarily practiced general civil litigation and most recently commercial real estate transactions. 

Ms. Osler received her J.D. degree from the University of Idaho College of Law. During law school, she served on the Idaho Law Review as a Symposium Editor. While attending law school, Ms. Osler was a judicial intern with the Idaho Fourth Judicial District Court in Boise, Idaho and with the U.S. Magistrate Judge Candy W. Dale, U.S. District Court, District of Idaho.

In her free time, Ms. Osler enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
