Of Counsel

Challis Allen McNally is of counsel in the firm’s Family Law practice group. Ms. McNally’s practice focuses primarily on divorce and custody-related matters, including asset division, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, spousal maintenance, modifications, guardianships and enforcement actions. Ms. McNally understands that divorce and child custody related issues can be traumatic, confusing and expensive for clients. She is committed to providing her clients straightforward and compassionate advice that will assist them in moving through this difficult transition as efficiently as possible. 

Prior to joining Parsons Behle & Latimer in 2019, Ms. McNally practiced family law as a partner at Banks Gaffney & McNally. Before returning home to Idaho Falls in 2014, Ms. McNally practiced public sector and employment law in Boston.

A southeast Idaho native, Ms. McNally enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, particularly skiing or hiking in the mountains.
