Prior to joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Challis practiced family law as a partner at Banks Gaffney & McNally. Before returning home to Idaho Falls in 2014, Challis practiced public sector and employment law in Boston.

A southeast Idaho native, Challis enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, particularly skiing or hiking in the mountains. Challis has served on the executive board for Eagle Rock Inn of Court, is the chapter liaison for the Idaho Women Lawyers, volunteers her time for the Idaho Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program and sits on the CUSP committee for Diversity and Inclusion in Idaho Falls.
