Emily D. Holt is a member of the Banking & Finance and Litigation, Trials & Appeals practice groups at Parsons Behle & Latimer. Emily concentrates her practice on commercial banking, debt and equity financing, probate, and real estate law. Emily represents national, regional and industrial banks, and other types of lenders and corporate borrowers in a wide array of lending transactions, including syndicated transaction, acquisition finance, construction and real estate loans, and mezzanine transactions.

Before attending law school, Emily graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She received her MBA degree from the University of Utah and was a small business owner.

Emily received her JD degree from the University of Utah, graduating with high honors. While attending law school, Emily served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court, District of Utah, and as a volunteer for several pro bono legal clinics. She was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2013 and the Nevada State Bar in 2014.

In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling.
