Fredric V.Shoemaker

Over his 30-plus-year career in law, Mr. Shoemaker's practice has encompassed a broad array of legal areas including real estate, business, commercial law, pharmaceutical, transportation, wills, estates and estate litigation. He has extensive experience in both litigation and transactional work in these and other practice areas.

He regularly consults for and provides guidance to lenders, businesses, developers, property owners, municipalities and lawyers in commercial, general business, banking, condemnation and real estate matters. His litigation experience extends to construction, transportation, banking, personal injury, land use and eminent domain. He has also been the lead or co-lead trial counsel in condemnation lender liability, pharmaceutical product liability, securities violations, municipal bonding, construction defect, complex contract and lender liability suits.

He has had significant experience in ADR and has also served as a hearing officer for the State of Idaho, having successfully resolved several commercial and real estate disputes.
