Grace S.Pusavat

Grace represents companies facing prospective or pending litigation and counsels employers in a variety of areas, including:

  • employment-based visa petitions
  • ADA, disability, and employee medical issues
  • Discrimination and harassment
  • Wage and hour issues
  • Benefits and ERISA
  • EEOC charges

Before joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Grace received her JD from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, graduating with honors. While in law school, she was a Regional Champion and National Semi-finalist at the National Trial Competition. Grace also served as a senior editor on BYU Law Review, president of Women in the Law, and a traveling team member on the law school’s Moot Court team. Prior to law school, Grace received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. She is admitted to practice in Utah and Nevada.
