Jason S. Nichols is the chairperson of the real estate and finance practice team at Parsons Behle & Latimer. His practice concentrates on real estate transactions, commercial lending and complex contracts.

Biography

Mr. Nichols represents numerous clients (both large and small) in all types of real estate transactions in Utah and throughout the Intermountain West.

He represents financial institutions, other lenders and borrowers in large and small lending transactions, negotiations and workouts.

Mr. Nichols also represents domestic and international mining clients on commercial contracting matters including the purchase and sale of goods, materials and finished products, service agreements, and engineering, procurement, construction and construction management agreements.

Mr. Nichols has served on his local city planning commission and, prior to joining the firm, worked eight years in commercial real estate development.
