Jonathan Palmer is a shareholder in Parsons Behle & Latimer’s corporate and tax department. Mr. Palmer has experience in many areas of business and tax law, including corporate acquisitions, reorganizations, and spin-off transactions, the formation of partnerships and joint-ventures, and estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. Mr. Palmer works closely with many of the firm’s practice groups.

Prior to joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Mr. Palmer served as General Counsel for a privately-owned international construction company. He also served as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for a family of privately-owned companies with a diverse business portfolio spanning multiple states, including lines of business in trucking, oil field services, fabrication, and real estate investment.
