Jordan E. Westgate
Jordan E. Westgate is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s Litigation, Trials & Appeals practice group. Prior to joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Ms. Westgate served as a law clerk for the Honorable Diana Hagen of the Utah Court of Appeals and for the Honorable Paige Petersen of the Utah Supreme Court. In this capacity, she assisted with research and drafted opinions addressing various legal issues. Through this experience she gained invaluable insight into Utah’s appellate process.
Ms. Westgate attended the University of Miami School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. She was admitted to practice in 2016. During law school, she was selected as a member of the Order of the Barristers, an honor society that recognizes students who demonstrate outstanding ability in trial advocacy, oral advocacy and brief writing. Ms. Westgate graduated cum laude from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
