Maria O. Hart is a member of the firm’s Employment, Healthcare, and Litigation practice groups at Parsons Behle & Latimer. She maintains a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis on employment litigation and counseling, healthcare litigation and advising, and general contract disputes. She has experience representing businesses, individuals, and public entities throughout the intermountain west, and specifically in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Utah. 

Maria regularly represents employers in lawsuits and counsels in a variety of areas including the following:

Maria’s healthcare practice involves advising and representing providers in licensure board disciplinary matters, investigations, audits, and Medicare privileges.
