Michelle McCully is an associate attorney in the firm’s Litigation, Trials and Appeals practice group at Parsons Behle & Latimer. Her practice is focused on civil litigation and primarily domestic law. Ms. McCully practices from a client-focused perspective and strives to mitigate stress for clients experiencing life-changing events to enable them to focus on their families. Understanding that no two families or their circumstances are the same, she strives to be an ally and advocate as well as the voice of reason during emotional interactions. Ms. McCully represents clients in divorce, custody, high net worth asset division, parentage, adoption and Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) agency issues. She is experienced in post-divorce decree modification and enforcement of court orders for noncompliance.  Prior to joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Ms. McCully worked at Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake.

A Utah native, Ms. McCully enjoys spending time with her dogs Eleanor Rigby and George; camping; hot yoga; boxing; baseball and trivia; and does not tolerate talking during Jeopardy.
