Patrick J. Neville is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s Litigation, Trials & Appeals practice group, where he focuses on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, and antitrust. He serves a wide variety of clients providing unique solutions in areas including patent infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, and unfair competition.

Patrick received his J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as an executive footnote editor on the Utah Law Review and was a member of the National Moot Court Team. Prior to his legal education, Patrick received a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Redlands. He is admitted to practice in Utah and California.
