Richard Greener is recognized as among the most talented trial lawyers in the intermountain west, capable of trying varied and complex matters. During the last 10 years, Mr. Greener has spent 100 percent of his time on trial work. He has appeared in numerous federal district courts, Circuit Courts of Appeal, United States Supreme Court, state courts, including state courts in Texas, Washington, Oregon and Colorado, and administrative bodies such as the United States International Trade Commission. Approximately 75 percent of his trials have been tried before juries.

His litigation experience covers a broad spectrum of substantive law, which includes cases involving commercial, securities, construction, environment, employment, patent infringement, professional legal and medical malpractice, drug and medical products liability as well as general business litigation. His professional medical malpractice clients include physicians, long-term care facilities, chiropractors and other health care providers.
