Richard Greener is recognized as among the most talented trial lawyers in the nation, capable of trying varied and complex matters. His litigation experience covers a broad spectrum of substantive law, including securities, construction, environment, employment, patent infringement, professional legal and medical malpractice, drug and medical products liability and general business. His professional medical malpractice clients include physicians, long-term care facilities, podiatrists and chiropractors.

During the last 10 years, Mr. Greener has spent 100 percent of his time on trial work. He has litigated in numerous federal district courts, Circuit Courts of Appeal, and state courts. Approximately 75 percent of his trials have been tried before juries.
