Slade D. Sokol
Slade D. Sokol is a member of the litigation, health law, employment and labor and insurance practice groups at Parsons Behle & Latimer. Slade has a diverse general civil litigation practice that is primarily focused on complex business disputes and medical malpractice litigation. He also practices in the areas of product liability, personal injury and wrongful death, landlord and tenant and trucking collision litigation. Slade provides his clients with representation in all Idaho courts, including the United States District Court for the District of Idaho as well as before administrative agencies.
Slade received his undergraduate degree from Boise State University before attending law school at Michigan State University College of Law, where he graduated in the top 10 percent of his class. During law school in Michigan, Slade was a member of the Journal of Business & Securities Law and worked as a student attorney with the Michigan State Appellate Defender Office and as a law clerk at a general practice firm. He represents the third generation of the Sokol family to practice law.
