Representing workers’ and students’ rights to a harassment- and discrimination-free workplace and education

Overview

An individual's right to a harassment-free workplace and educational environment is fundamental to the promise of equality rooted in the Constitution of the United States. We are a nation of immigrants – a blended society where all workers and students are promised opportunity and equal protection without sexual discrimination – including gender or perceived failure to conform to gender norms, harassment, racial or religious discrimination. Parsons Behle & Latimer attorneys represent workers and students who have reported Title VII and Title IX violations. We advocate for the right to a safe and fear-free workplace and educational experience.
