The telecommunications group at Parsons Behle & Latimer represents both telecommunications carriers and consumers of telecommunications services before the Utah Public Service Commission and in state and federal courts. We have experience assisting local exchange carriers, inter-exchange carriers and VOIP providers in:

- Obtaining certificates of public convenience and necessity
- Regulatory approval of mergers and acquisitions
- Rulemaking proceedings
- Filing state tariffs
