Parsons Behle & Latimer is seeking an attorney with 10+ years of experience to join the firm’s Corporate, Tax and Transactions working from the Jackson, Wyoming office. Parsons is a regional law firm headquartered in Salt Lake City that has national expertise in numerous practice areas. The firm is at the forefront of the legal communities in Utah, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Wyoming, and the Intermountain Region.
The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm toward building the firm’s growing presence and reputation in Wyoming while working from one of its most beautiful destinations.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Significant experience structuring and forming corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business arrangements
- Familiarity with a wide variety of transaction types (e.g., private company, stock purchase, asset purchase, cross-border, etc.)
- Experience with respect to M&A, venture capital and commercial finance
- Experience with commercial and venture finance
- A portable book of business is preferred along with the desire to continue growing the attorney’s practice
- Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute and transfer knowledge, and coordinate the completion of projects by junior attorneys
- Good judgment and adherence to high ethical standards
- Collaborative personality with desire to contribute to a small office environment
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Wyoming or ability to be admitted by motion
