Magistrate Judge Michelle Mallard has served Bonneville County for more than 11 years, ensuring her role as a magistrate was focused on service to the community and helping families.
Mallard will resign from the bench Nov. 30 and return to the private sector with the Parsons Behle & Latimer law firm. There, she will focus on mediation practice, family law and litigation.
