Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) is pleased to announce that attorney Kirsten Wallace has joined the firm’s healthcare practice in its Boise office. Wallace brings more than 25 years of legal experience to the firm, including experience gained as a career law clerk to three District of Idaho federal judges. Now an of counsel attorney at Parsons, she will advise healthcare clients on a wide range of complex legal and regulatory matters.

“I decided to join Parsons Behle & Latimer because of its strong regional presence, diverse practice areas and stellar reputation for excellence in both legal work and client service,” Wallace says. “I’m particularly drawn to the firm’s commitment to fostering professional growth within a collaborative, supportive environment. I’m also excited about the opportunity to contribute to the impactful work the firm is known for throughout the Intermountain West.”

Wallace’s deep experience in the judiciary provides clients with a strong litigation perspective and a well-rounded understanding of both regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. At Parsons, Wallace represents hospitals, physicians, clinics and other healthcare providers in matters involving licensing, operations, fraud and abuse laws. Wallace is recognized for her strategic insight and ability to help clients navigate the continually-evolving healthcare landscape.

Prior to her clerkships, Wallace served as a deputy attorney general for the State of Idaho, serving as the prosecuting attorney for 22 state licensure boards, including the Board of Pharmacy, the Board of Nursing, the Board of Dentistry and various other professional and occupational licensing boards.

“We are excited to welcome Kirsten to Parsons,” says J. Kevin West, chairperson of Parsons’ healthcare practice. “Her judicial background and extensive healthcare knowledge make her a valuable addition to our team and a trusted advisor to providers throughout Idaho and the region.”
