At its End of Year Celebration, the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law presented Parsons' Employment & Labor attorney Christina M. Jepson the Adjunct Faculty Service Award.

Jepson is currently Parsons' Diversity, Equity & Inclusion director and is the past chairperson of Parsons' Employment & Labor practice team. She has served as an adjunct professor at the S.J. Quinney College of Law since 2007 and currently teaches the Labor and Employment Law in the Masters of Legal Studies Program as well as the Pre-Trial Practice in the J.D. Program. Jepson is a graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law, having graduated first in her class, and has served as president of the law school Board of Trustees. She became a member of the law school Board of Trustees in 2008.

Jepson has also served as the chairperson of the Alumni Relations Committee from 2015 - 2017; the director of the University of Utah Law School Search Committee for Career Development; and on the University of Utah Law School Search Committee for Dean of Academic Affairs.
