After 40 years, a second round of water rights adjudication in the Clark Fork River Basin is on the horizon for those areas downstream of the confluence of the Clark Fork and Blackfoot rivers in Basin 76M. In partnership with the Missoula Area Chamber of Commerce, join the water law attorneys of Parsons Behle & Latimer for an in-depth session to learn how water court adjudication proceedings will affect all water rights with priority dates prior to July 1, 1973. In collaboration with the Montana Water Court and WGM Group this session will provide a brief background and explanation of the adjudication process, the responsibilities of water users during the adjudication proceedings and how Parsons’ attorneys will approach this issue for its clients.
