Today, Parsons litigation attorney Julianne P. Blanch was again named as one of Lawdragon 500's Leading Litigators in America for two years running. Only two litigation attorneys from the state of Utah were honored. According to Law Dragon 500, those selected represent the all-stars in commercial litigation; financial and securities matters; white collar and investigations; IP; and cybersecurity and data privacy and were selected by the editorial team through submissions; journalistic research of the lawyers behind the biggest cases; and editorial vetting from a board of the honorees' peers.
Blanch is a shareholder at Parsons and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and serves as the Utah Chapter Committee’s Vice-Chair. She is a member of the Utah Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation-only organization where membership is considered only after having taken at least ten civil jury trials to verdict. She is also a member of the International Society of Barristers, an elite trial lawyer group into which only nine other lawyers in the state of Utah have been elected. She has tried a broad range of cases over her nearly three decades in practice, involving everything from trusts and estates, product liability, and bad faith insurance claims.
