Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) is pleased to announce that it was named among the 2025 cohort in the 100 Companies Championing Women program, presented by the Utah Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity and by the Utah Women and Leadership Project. The award for the recognition, presented at the 100 Companies Championing Women Reception, was received by Christina M. Jepson shareholder in Parsons’ Salt Lake City office and Jenni Trogden an associate in the Salt Lake City office.

This recognition honors 100 Utah companies that are dedicated to family-friendly policies and practices as well as women-specific initiatives that positively impact the recruiting, hiring, retaining and advancing of women employees, managers and leaders. Selected companies also demonstrate valuable contributions to Utah's robust economy and high quality of life.

"Jenni Trogden and I were thrilled to accept this award on behalf of the firm. Parsons has adopted numerous policies to help women succeed at the firm and it was an honor to receive this award along with other companies that are making women a priority," said Jepson.

The Utah Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity champions Utah's commitment to providing economic opportunity for all Utahns by supporting entrepreneurs and businesses. It works with industries, regions, communities and nonprofits to implement strategic economic development plans and reinforce Utah’s diverse, prosperous economy.

The mission of the Utah Women & Leadership Project is to strengthen the impact of Utah girls and women by producing relevant, trustworthy and applicable research; creating and gathering valuable resources; and convening trainings and events that inform, inspire and ignite growth and change for all Utahns.
