The Rexburg office of Parsons Behle & Latimer is proud to support this year’s “Ready… Set… Recharge!” program, an initiative sponsored by the Rexburg Area Chamber of Commerce that brings families and local businesses together in a fun, engaging way.
This year, 47 Rexburg businesses joined forces to encourage kids—and their parents—to explore and connect with their community. Each participating business hosts a unique activity for children to complete in exchange for a collectible “Brag Tag” featuring the business’ logo. Participants who collect Brag Tags can redeem them for prizes, including swimming passes, through the Chamber of Commerce. Those who collect 42 or more Brag Tags are entered into a drawing for one of three grand prizes.
As a proud community partner, Parsons Behle & Latimer is excited to offer an educational and interactive activity through “Rexburg Courthouse Trivia”. Participants are invited to visit the historic Madison County Courthouse and answer questions such as:
- What year was Madison County incorporated?
- Who is Madison County named after?
- How many steps lead up to the front doors?
Children can discover all the answers by exploring the courthouse’s displays and exhibits, helping them learn about local history in a hands-on and memorable way. So far this year, we have had approximately 70 kids participate in the trivia and receive their Brag Tag, a piece of candy, and an American flag (which happens to be very popular)!
