Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons), a preeminent law firm in the Intermountain West, is pleased to welcome to its Boise office S. Alex Roll and Andrew V. Wake. Roll and Wake join the Boise team as associate attorneys in its litigation practice. Parsons’ litigation practice team is one of the largest and most experienced in the region with coastal law firm-level competency.
Roll focuses his practice in business and commercial litigation, insurance litigation and professional liability disputes. Initially practicing primarily in insurance bad faith defense and medical malpractice defense, he later gained valuable experience in other civil litigation, business formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, family law litigation, employment law and civil appeals. He says, “Parsons adeptly embodies both tradition and innovation, providing each client with time-honored analysis and inventive solutions. I am thrilled to assist in that pursuit as a member of the Boise litigation practice group.”
Wake practices primarily in healthcare law, defending healthcare providers in civil suits, against licensure complaints and in regulatory enforcement proceedings. He also assists clients in complying with regulatory obligations. Wake also practices in employment and labor law. Prior to returning to Parsons, Wake practiced as a deputy attorney general in the Idaho Attorney General’s office, representing the state in criminal and post-conviction appeals before the Idaho Supreme Court and Idaho Court of Appeals. “Having practiced previously at Parsons, I know how talented and hard-working its attorneys and staff are. I’m thrilled to be back and to have the opportunity to contribute to Parsons’ reputation for outstanding representation of its clients,” he says.
