On June 6, Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) welcomed Nicole G. Farrell back to the firm as Chief People Officer (CPO). Farrell is a Parsons’ alumni who, for approximately nine years, was a team member of Parsons as an associate and then shareholder attorney.
