Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) extends its congratulations to litigator Julianne P. Blanch who has been recognized as a 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigator in America for the fourth consecutive year.
Blanch is one of only three attorneys selected from the state of Utah and is recognized in three categories, including commercial litigation; fraud; and catastrophic injury. “Being recognized in Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators is an honor that pushes me to continue serving our clients’ needs with dedication and integrity,” says Blanch.
Founded in 2005, Lawdragon’s industry-leading guides recognize the most effective lawyers and legal professionals in a variety of industries and areas. According to Lawdragon, the 500 Leading Litigators guide features a who’s who of top trial lawyers from the nation’s greatest trial firms. Honorees are selected through submissions; journalistic research of the lawyers behind the biggest cases; and editorial vetting from a board of local peers. Nearly 100 law firms are included in the guide, and many of the chosen attorneys work for AM100 or 200 law firms.
Blanch has tried a broad range of cases in more the 30 years of practice, including trusts and estates, product liability and bad faith insurance claims. More recently, her practice is concentrated on commercial litigation, fraud cases and catastrophic personal injury cases.
Blanch has handled dozens of appeals on state and federal levels, including more than 40 published opinions; appeals from bench trials and jury trials; and appeals from administrative decisions. She has argued before the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also served on the Utah Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on the Utah Rules of Appellate Procedure. In 2024, she was elected as the Tenth Circuit representative on the ABA Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary, which conducts independent peer evaluations of the professional qualifications of federal bench nominees.
Additionally, Blanch is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers, all of which are elite trial lawyer organizations.
