Parsons recruits from a diverse pool of first- and second-year law students to participate in its Summer Associate Program with the goal of them becoming practicing attorneys at the firm. The program offers meaningful, real-world legal experience and a path to full-time employment after graduation. Summer associates handle substantive projects, work closely with attorneys and experience the inclusive culture that defines Parsons. Each summer associate receives a dedicated mentor, personalized feedback, and hands-on training through writing workshops and structured learning sessions.
The firm’s Summer Associate Program runs for 10 to 12 weeks during summer months.
