Trucking Accidents

One of the major causes of death and catastrophic personal injury on the nation's highways is the negligent operation of large, heavily loaded commercial trucks. Typically called "semis" or "18-wheelers," these "road trains" are often overloaded, poorly maintained and operated by drivers who themselves are improperly trained, lack the appropriate qualifications or are overly fatigued or on drugs behind the wheel of these massive and potentially destructive commercial vehicles. Charles H. Thronson practices in the area of personal injury and has handled a number of cases involving trucking accidents which have generated some of the largest recoveries in the Western US.
