Healthcare and employment law attorney Kelsie A. Kirkham was named Best Lawyer for 2021 in the Post Register newspaper’s “2021 Readers’ Choice Awards.” Kirkham is an associate attorney at the Idaho Falls law firm of Parsons Behle & Latimer. Kirkham’s practice includes defending medical malpractice and licensure board disciplinary matters that involve physicians, hospitals, nurses and other healthcare providers. She also represents and counsels companies in employment law and commercial issues, including litigation in state and federal courts.
Kirkham volunteers her time to help and support local nonprofit organizations that address sexual assault and domestic violence. Prior to joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Kirkham served as a deputy prosecuting attorney, where she prosecuted domestic violence and sexual assault crimes.
