Pro Bono

At Parsons, we believe in equity of access to legal services for all socio-economic groups. We approach pro bono service with the same dedication, expertise and commitment we provide to our clients – a trait for which our attorneys have received recurring recognition. Some of our recent pro bono projects include representing low-income individuals in adoptions; fair housing and discrimination cases; personal injury cases; property rights cases; fraud cases involving home equity skimming scams; and guardianship cases. Our attorneys have served as court-appointed defense counsel in capital cases. Among others, we provide pro bono work for:

  • Community Legal Clinic (immigration clinics) with the University of Utah Law School Pro Bono Initiative
  • Debtors’ Legal Clinic with the University of Utah Law School Pro Bono Initiative
  • J. Reuben Clark Law Society, Pro Bono Committee and Program
  • People's Legal Aid (PLA)
