Chuck is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s litigation team. In his practice, Chuck focuses on representing businesses and individuals in complex litigation before state and federal courts in a variety of matters.

Biography

Chuck received his J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2023, where he graduated with high honors and participated as an associate articles editor of the Utah Law Review. While in law school, Chuck also served as a judicial extern with Judge Ryan Harris with the Utah Court of Appeals and as an extern with the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s office.

Outside of work, Chuck enjoys spending time outdoors with his friends and listening to the Beach Boys.
