For more than 30 years, Jim has assisted clients in various commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes leasing, acquisition and disposition of shopping center, supply chain, resort and development properties located across the United States. His clients have included several national big box and anchor retail tenants, a national self storage operator and various regional energy companies and intermountain resort developers. Jim also spent several years working inhouse on residential development in Summit County, Utah.
