Stephanie practices in the firm’s litigation section, specializing in commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and domestic and family law.

Biography

Stephanie represents clients in a wide range of business disputes, including business torts and contract and construction disputes. Within her domestic and family law practice, Stephanie has assisted many clients with their divorce, custody, and parentage matters. Stephanie has also represented clients in enforcing or modifying their current domestic orders.

Stephanie received her J.D. from the Texas Tech University School of Law. Following graduation, Stephanie clerked for the Honorable Gregory K. Orme and Michele M. Christiansen Forster of the Utah Court of Appeals.

Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, skiing and hiking.
