Vince Rampton comes to Parsons Behle from 40 years’ practice in other firms in the Intermountain Region. His litigation practice focuses on general commercial litigation in state and federal courts; real property disputes (including boundary disputes, real estate contract litigation, eminent domain, and zoning/permitting disputes); employment litigation; construction disputes; and environmental disputes.

Vince Rampton has practiced in state and federal court, in Utah and elsewhere and brings a wealth of experience to client problem-solving through mediation, arbitration and traditional trials and appeals. He has tried numerous jury trials through to verdict, appeared in state and federal courts in more than half dozen Western states, and argued before both state appellate courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of appeals on many matters. In addition, he has taught numerous briefings, presentations and seminars in areas such as employment law, eminent domain, property taxation, real property litigation and trial strategy. He carries a five-star AV rating with Martindale Hubbell.
