Biography

Whitney is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s litigation practice team. Her litigation practice involves representing business and individual clients in intellectual property disputes, defending employers in federal actions, resolving real estate litigation problems, and solving complex commercial issues.

Whitney is also experienced in federal litigation and appellate practice. Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Robert J. Shelby, of the United States District Court for the District of Utah and for Judge Carolyn B. McHugh, of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
