Brad Liddell is a shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer where he draws on his experience within the construction industry to solve complex problems for his clients. Brad’s litigation and transactional practice focuses on the construction industry, real estate law, products liability, insurance and complex commercial litigation. Brad combines his experience having represented all project participants in all phases of project development, design and construction as well as all types of dispute resolution to offer his clients both real-world risk management counselling and vigorous representation.

Brad represents owners, developers, contractors and builders, design professionals (architects and engineers) and suppliers in matters ranging from commercial contract disputes, construction and design defect disputes and delay disputes to third-party injury claims arising from design or construction. Brad serves as panel counsel to multiple professional liability insurance providers and regularly represents design professionals in loss prevention and high stakes litigation.

Brad provides general legal counseling to his real estate, construction and design professional clients, advising on business strategic risk management, preparing and negotiating contracts and counseling and advising on loss prevention matters. Brad also represents landowners, developers, landlords and tenants relating to real property disputes and counsels on tenant improvements and tenant buildouts. Brad’s experience in all facets of project development and disputes and litigation flowing from development and construction is the foundation for his approach to advising and counseling on managing risk before project commencement and through and during conflicts, disputes and claims that arise during the course of construction and development.
