Challis focuses her practice in the following areas:
Community and separate property division
Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
Contempt and Enforcement Actions
Provision enforcement from prior court orders as they relate to:
Child support-related matters
Guardianships for Minors
Temporary and permanent guardianships
Prior to joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Challis practiced family law as a partner at Banks Gaffney & McNally. Before returning home to Idaho Falls in 2014, Challis practiced public sector and employment law in Boston for several years.
A southeast Idaho native, Challis enjoys spending time traveling with her family. She has served on the executive board for Eagle Rock Inn of Court, is the chapter liaison for the Idaho Women Lawyers, volunteers her time for the Idaho Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program and sits on the CUSP committee for Diversity and Inclusion in Idaho Falls.
