Biography

Chelsea’s background includes extensive government affairs experience. She has worked collaboratively with both local leaders and federal legislators to solve complex issues in the areas of property tax, land use, and business. Chelsea earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho. While in law school, she externed for two federal judges and served as the chief managing editor of the Idaho Law Review.
