Biography

Samantha K. Davidson is an associate attorney in the Salt Lake City office of Parsons Behle & Latimer. As a litigator, Samantha's practice is focused on bankruptcy, restructuring, and business and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Parsons, Samantha served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peggy Hunt of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah; a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Beth E. Hanan of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin; and a judicial extern to the Honorable Phyllis M. Jones of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern & Western Districts of Arkansas. She also served as a trial attorney for the U.S. Trustee Program, which is the bankruptcy component of the U.S. Department of Justice.

Samantha is an avid kayaker in the summer months, and she enjoys snowshoeing in the winter months. In between outdoor activities, she relaxes at home with her partner and two cats.
