An associate attorney who practices in Parsons Behle & Latimer’s Salt Lake City and Park City offices, Scott has experience representing clients ranging from individuals, large corporations to small businesses and homeowners’ associations.

Scott vigorously represents clients for issues in the construction industry, real estate law, products liability, insurance and complex commercial litigation. He combines his experience representing clients in all phases of a project and offers straightforward, vigorous representation to obtain efficient results.

Scott obtained his law degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law where he excelled in various activities including moot court, trial advocacy and law review.

Outside of the office, Scott enjoys spending time in the Utah mountains with his wife and three children.
