Skyler's career includes notable roles such as partner and chief legal officer at California Capital Group, where he was instrumental in founding the company and overseeing its legal and business operations until its successful acquisition. He also served as general counsel at California Capital & Investment Group Inc., managing all real estate transactions and litigation, including high-stakes lawsuits with significant victories in both state and federal courts.
In addition to his professional practice, Skyler is dedicated to education and mentorship, currently serving as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University – Idaho, where he teaches business law. His prior experience includes significant roles at Hewlett-Packard Company and Tallen & Keshen Holdings, LLC, where he negotiated substantial deals and managed large-scale asset acquisitions.
